Gautam Punj

He was 14 yrs. old, growing and complained of severe crowding of teeth, and protruded upper jaw.

The clinical examination presented with a Cl II malocclusion with full complement of teeth. Oral hygiene was fairly okay.

Extraorally, he presented with a typical convex profile with protruded upper jaw.

He was treated by extracting both upper 1st premolar teeth only.
The extraction space was utilized to correct the crowding and proclination.
This is how he is after the treatment.
